The name Pine & Anchor comes from the two places that shaped us — Rachel from Washington, surrounded by pines, and Phil anchored on the shores of New England.

Rachel’s career has always been rooted in organization and support. She started in the dental field, moved into inventory management, and eventually into construction back‑office work, becoming the steady detailed eyes behind documents, records, materials, and day‑to‑day operations. She’s the person teams rely on when things need to be clear, detailed, and under control.

Phil brings years of hands‑on experience across the electrical and construction world, spending his career estimating, managing projects, supporting facility operations, and training teams. He’s developed safety programs, organized workflows, and helped crews stay on schedule and on budget.

Outside of work, we both love volunteering, helping others, and spending time outdoors.

Pine & Anchor is the natural extension of Rachel’s strengths and our shared desire to support people. A small, steady service built to help contractors stay organized, stay ahead, and stay focused on the work they do best.
